Abstract: El libro presenta la historia de cuatro hermanos (Ayar Manco, Ayar Cachi, Ayar Uchu y Ayar Auca) que, acompañados de sus respectivas esposas, salieron del cerro Tamputoco e iniciaron un lento andar por punas, quebradas y cordilleras, con el propósito de encontrar un lugar apropiado para establecerse. Se trata de otro mito sobre el origen del Tahuantinsuyo.
